About Speed & Strength Camp
We feel that sport skills camps are very common in this day and age of younger and more
talented multi-sport athletes. Although many athletes aquire great skills, the actual athletic
ability, strength and speed to successfully utilize those skills in the compeitive athletic
environment is lacking.

We offer training for athletes serious about becoming better. Our training is based on sound
scientific principles, continuing research and experience. You will work hard and you will be
given the tools to succeed in your sport. We teach each athlete how to become better through in
depth hands on coaching.

Olympic weightlifting as well as the other excercises we do in the camp offers one of the best
methods to increase power. They allow the athlete to utilize force summation through muscular
coordination and ground based propulsion. Ground based exercises are key to training all of the
body's muscles and allow for greater transfer from training to the athletic arena.
