Frequently Asked Questions
What should I bring with me to camp?
We encourage everyone to bring a water bottle and a willingness to work
hard. Also, be sure to wear athletic shoes and workout clothing.

Can I sign up for more than one session of your camp?
Without a doubt. It is encouraged and discounts are avaible for those that do.
The more time you spend in camp the more improvements you will see.

What do we receive at the conclusion of the camp session?
Each participant will receive a Lynchburg Speed Camp T-shirt, as well as a
workout plan which will incorporate all of the training that was taught over
the course of the camp.

Will this camp help athletes in all sports?
This camp is specifically designed to help improve an athlete's speed,
strength, agility, flexibility and power. During the camp you will see a
tremendous benefit of this training regardless of the sport you participate in.

Are discounts available for your camp?
Yes. We offer discounts to teams, siblings and groups. We want everyone to
be able to experience college level coaching so that they may excel at
his/her sport.

How is the camp broken up?
Each day we spend the first hour on the track doing speed, agility and
flexibility training. The second hour of camp is spent in the weight room
working on increasing strength and power.

Where do I pick up my athlete at the conclusion of camp?
Pick-up and drop off are both at Turner Gym. Parking is available right outside
the Gym.
